Homemade Cottage Pie for dinner tomorrow, also in stock I have, Vegie Chilli and Rice, Italian Beef Pasta, Cheesy Leek and Potato bake and Chestnut Mushroom Soup! Plus the usual Paninis, Baguettes, Sandwiches and Hot Drinks:-)

Best Week Ever!

What a good week, this last week has been my best ever week for the shop and the outside catering. Next week is going to be another really good week! I am also going to introuduce to the shop menu, vegetarian chilli and rice, lets see how well this one sells.................................

DHI Annual Event

All went very well and there was not much left over, what was left over was given to the 'Occupy Bath' residents on Queens Square! I did actually manage a 15 and a half hour day.................Yes I am very very tired, so at 12.30am I will say good night all! x

Annual Event

Tommorrow is the DHI annual event. This year I will be providing homemade beef, barley & chunky vegetable soup, broccoli & stilton soup, sandwiches, warm mince pies and cream for 75 people. Boy will I be tired after a 14 hour day! Wish me luck:-)

Well we have a 19 & and 9 for business lunches tomorrow, what a good start to the week!

RUH job:-)

What a good day its been today, lunch for 35 at the RUH, lunch for 7 for one of my usual customers. All great feedback as usual:-) it so nice to make beautiful fruit platters for a lot of people! Such a great day!!!

Harvest Festival and other things

Well the harvest festival for 50 went down well for the second time in two years and again they want me back next year!!

I now have banana and chocolate chip cakes in the oven and a goats cheese, pesto and sundried tomato quiche just out of the oven.....................................

Biggest day tomorrow!

Well, tomorrow (Thursday 6th October) will be a very busy day! I have 80 mouths to feed but at three different venues. The annual harvest festival will be the big one as I am feeding 50 for that. Wish me luck:-)

Another Quiche AND cake!

Well the goats cheese, sundried tomato and pesto quiche went down rather well so we had to make another one yesterday.

This one is great too..............asparagus and mushroom. DELICIOUS:-)

What a busy day yesterday, I managed to make two lemon drizzle cakes which are proving to be very popular too. x

New Quiche

I have just finished making sundried tomato, red pesto and goats cheese quiche. It has quite expensive ingredients but tastes delicious and so is worth it!!! Lets see how long it lasts in the shop................

First Blog and practice!

This is my first blog and practice! Welcome to my new blog site for Crumbawumba! By the end of the today or tomorrow I will finally have my finished website up on the web. I will also have, as you can see my blog, twitter and facebook accounts for Crumbawumba! Now the question is..............does that make me professional or just plain POSH!!  Let me know your thoughts on the matter!
